This is a great hay feeder that I copied from one I saw online. Place an entire unopened bale of hay in it then cut/remove the wire/string binding. I placed a small square of metal on top to provide some shelter from rain/snow. I also have a cinder block or similar for the hay to sit on off the ground. I have found this will feed 2 goats for 3 or 4 weeks easily without having to haul hay to them every couple of days as well as reducing waste that is dropped to the ground. I do not recommend it for 'horned' goats as they could get stuck unless you make the access holes smaller.
